Working with your team, your buddy and your Principal – you’ll continue your technical training and learn more about our other service lines so that you can hit the ground running.

Week 3: Getting to know you

Induction with your local firm and team – covering HR, IT and your surroundings. You’ll also kick off your technical training by spending time on the tools working through case studies so you can learn the systems and processes that are fundamental to your role.

Applicants must be in their final year of a university degree a recognised New Zealand institution.
We accept applications from students studying towards degrees including Commerce & Business (with Accounting) and Commerce & Law (with Accounting).
Candidates must be New Zealand Citizen or Permanent Resident. You may be required to provide evidence at application.

Yes, our programs do not require you to have had any prior professional experience. However, we are very interested in any extra-curricular activities and casual/part time work that you have undertaken during your studies, so make sure you include this on your application.

Each firm has different business streams on offer. Whilst we can’t decide what is best for you, we recommend you think about what you enjoyed most during your studies, what your interests are and what your strengths are. More information on the different business streams can be found below.
Which business stream is right for me? 

Applications for the graduate recruitment intake will open in March 2017. 

We’re as keen as you are to see you achieve your aspirations, so we focus the balance of the year on building your practical skills to help you get where you want to go. As part of the team you’ll be responsible for meeting assignment outcomes and client deadlines as well as achieving key milestones. 

Throughout this period you’ll receive loads of feedback and work closely with your buddy and Principal to ensure you’re on track.  After all, when next years’ graduates arrive you want to be ready to move ahead!

Your first 100 days will concentrate on a structured development plan – focusing on a practical, technical and professional program that culminates in the celebration of your first 100 days.
